The PWPW website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 at Level AA and with the Annex to the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public bodies, due to the non-compliance or exclusions listed below.

Inaccessible content – the following accessibility issues may occur:

  • some images may lack alternative text or have incomplete alternative text,
  • some documents, including PDF files, may not be fully accessible digitally,
  • video content may not include subtitles for the deaf or audio description,

  • some content may have insufficient contrast or be difficult to read when zoomed in,
  • certain components may function differently or be unavailable on mobile devices,
  • some information may only be displayed on hover, which may limit keyboard accessibility,
  • not all form fields have correct labels, instructions, error messages or information on how to correct them,
  • a few elements of the website may cause a change of context (e.g. redirects) without the user’s intention,
  • the website may contain coding errors affecting accessibility for assistive technologies.

Plans to rectify digital accessibility issues

Due to the presence of the website accessibility issues outlined above, which stem mainly from the date of its publication and the technological solutions used at the time, we plan to complete the project to build a new website by the end of 2027.

The new website will be designed and implemented taking into account all the required aspects of digital accessibility referred to in the applicable legal provisions.

Preparation of the accessibility statement
