Polish Security Printing Works S.A. is a company wholly owned by the State Treasury, which is supervised by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration. The Supervisory Board exercises permanent supervision over the Company's operations, in all areas of its activity. The executive body responsible for the conduct of the company's affairs and its representation is the management board.

On 5 December 2019, the Prime Minister issued Regulation on the list of companies in which rights from Treasury shares are exercised by members of the Council of Ministers other than the Prime Minister, Government Plenipotentiaries or state legal persons, including companies wholly owned by the Treasury.

Pursuant to this Regulation, ownership supervision over PWPW S.A. is exercised by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration.
The Regulation entered into force on 6 December 2019.

Permanent supervision over the operations of the Company in all areas is exercised by the Supervisory Board composed of the following members:
