On 1 March, Mr Robert Malicki, Member of the Management Board of Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A., resigned from his position. The Supervisory Board of PWPW S.A. delegated the former Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Tomasz Karusewicz, to perform the duties of the President of the Management Board. Mrs. Agnieszka Bolesta has been appointed the new Chairperson of the Supervisory Board.
