On 19 October 2017 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A. dismissed Przemysław Kalemba from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and appointed Jakub Tadeusz Skiba to the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Furthermore, at the meeting held on 20 October 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Jakub Skiba, Member of the Supervisory Board of PWPW S.A., to temporarily, i.e. for 3 months, act as the President of the Management Board of Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A.
