This is the largest conference for the postal, courier, consignment, distribution and e-commerce sectors in Poland and Central Europe. The Honorary Patronage was held by Andrzej Adamczyk, Minister of Infrastructure and Construction and Magdalena Gaj, President of the Office of Electronic Communications.

More than 100 managers from Poland and Europe representing nearly 50 companies operating in the postal, courier, logistics, direct marketing, consignment, distribution and eCommerce sector, as well as manufacturers and providers of postal and courier solutions, representatives of the largest mass dispatching companies and representatives of the consulting sector. The conference was divided into thematic parts, during which representatives of the leading European postal operators and leading consulting firms discussed the main trends and development policies  in the industry. A comparative study of strategies and services offered by major European postal operators was also presented.

Experts discussed whether Poland and Central Europe have a chance to become the main cross-border eCommerce logistic hub in transactions between the West and the East, how the dynamic development of cross-border supply will affect local and regional markets and whether this is a chance to strengthen the potential of domestic postal operators or a threat to their existence.

At the conference our expert, Łukasz Krzyczkowski, during the thematic module "Technology Challenges of the Modern Mailing and Parcel Market" made a presentation concerning  new solutions in fiduciary and identification services offered by the Polish Securities Printing Works. Its main focus was on showing the full range of electronic fiduciary and identification services provided by PWPW. He paid particular attention to the possibility of using electronic signature in combination with identification cards using the example of the "Postmen's Card" project (Karta Listonosza), demonstrating modern applications of fiduciary services in the postal and distribution market provided by PWPW.
