Document and Case Management System at the Supreme Audit Office
 (26-08-2013)

Pursuant to the agreement concluded by the PWPW-Rodan Systems consortium with the State Treasury the Document and Case Management System (DCM) was launched in August 2013 at the Supreme Audit Office.

This agreement includes the delivery of an IT system together with all the necessary licences, its installation, start-up, integration, data migration, adaptation to the Ordering Party’s requirements, as well as trainings and maintenance. The DCM system is based on the OfficeObjects® platform provided by Rodan Systems and it includes the handling of incoming and outgoing mail, document and case records, document scanning and OCR, document templates, barcodes, endorsements, electronic signatures, automatic workflow creation, full-text searches, reporting, as well as user and system function management. The DCM system will act as the primary document repository and the primary workflow system at the Supreme Audit Office.

Beginning August 2013, new organisational units of the Supreme Audit Office will be connected to the DCM system. This implementation was carried out first in the secretariats of all the organisational units of the Supreme Audit Office and in the general mailroom. Trainings for the Supreme Audit Office employees (up to 1500 people) will be held simultaneously so that all employees of the Office can begin work in the DCM system from the start of 2014 and so that the implementation works can continue.
