Electronic document flow at the Ministry of Transport

PWPW and Rodan Systems have signed a contract with the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy on designing and implementing an electronic document flow. Total contract value is nearly PLN 1.4 million gross.

 

Electronic Document Flow is a solution that enables comprehensive management of documents and work processes. This system allows for complete automation of document flow in an enterprise: it enables colleting, categorising, storing, and searching for documents of any structure in an electronic repository.

Within the framework of the contract the consortium will design the system, supply and configure the hardware, implement the electronic document flow, and prepare and implement 10 substantive processes. The system will be based on the OfficeObjects® platform. The consortium’s tasks will also include integration of the system with the selected systems of the Client, as well as conducting trainings for administrators, designers, and end users.

Total order value: PLN 1 398 116.40 gross.
