Comp and PWPW will build INTEGRYB

Comp S.A. and PWPW S.A. have signed a contract with the National Marine Fisheries Research Institute for building and implementing the INTEGRYB system to support the management of fishery industry in Poland. The gross value of the contract amounts to almost 19 million PLN.

 

The INTEGRYB system is going to be an ICT and organisational solution, which will increase the effectiveness of research processes of the National Marine Fisheries Research Institute and enable the creation of a research platform for ecosystemic management of the fishery industry. The contract was won by the Consortium of COMP S.A. and PWPW S.A. The project consists of over ten tasks, including both specialised services and delivery of hardware and software. The system will be built based on solutions of Oracle in the software domain and EMC in the area of hardware solutions.

The contract value amounts to PLN 18,939,786.00 gross. The contract delivery date is June 2014. The project is co-financed from EU funds.

"This is a very interesting and unique project, which includes such tasks as analytical works, building and implementing software for project and research process management, modernising the ICT equipment of a research vessel and of the Institute itself, " said Krzysztof Skibicki from COMP S.A., the Project Manager for the Consortium.

Currently, PWPW S.A. also implements a contract with the IT Project Centre of the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs to build and implement a system of making official gazettes available within the ePUAP platform and participates in the P2 project.
