On 31 May 2017, the Court of Appeals in Warsaw, its 6th Civil Division, file ref. VI ACa 200/17, rendered a judgement in the case brought by PWPW S.A. for a claim under press law, which ordered Chief Editor of Dziennik “Gazeta Prawna”, Mr Krzysztof Jedlak, to publish in the paper edition of the said daily, a press disclaimer concerning the article of 13 September 2016 by Ms Sylwia Czubkowska, entitled, “The Best Are Leaving. Who will prepare the e-Identity Card?”, which published untrue and unsound information that infringe on PWPW S.A. reputation and image. The judgement is final and valid.
